One of our coworkers lost his keys to the building and it became a huge security breach. We called Royal Security at 8:45am and they came by 3pm to replace all of our 9 outside locks of the building. Considering the stress the loss of keys caused we were all able to leave work at 5:30pm knowing our premises were secure again. Thank You to the Royal staff that helped us out so fast. The manager of the Christmas tree department, showed great compassion today when the warranty department refused to do anything for me. She allowed me to exchange a faulty tree used for one Christmas only and did not work when I put it up this year. She made a believer of me in good service and I will remain a loyal customer of Rona.
