I would rate 0 if it were an option. We took 5 kids in the store for a candy. My son dropped a sucker and she decides to raise her voice in front of other customers telling my children not to touch anything even though they're trying to pick out their candy. My son wanted to buy the soccer that he dropped so what he does with it by accident has no concern to her absolutely disrespectful and we will not be back there
