Canadian Tire General Store - Richmond Square

Only giving one star because 0 isn’t an option. I got taken for a loop with this store. Went in for a wheel alignment to be told i had bent suspension parts (quoted $1100 through them). Bought the same parts elsewhere for $900. When replacing the “bent” parts we find that the parts coming out were in perfect shape (as per a subaru technician). They refused to do the alignment because of the bent parts which turned out to be 100%. Absolutely disgusted with the professionalism and service here.
