Wanted to buy Michelin tires here because their system said they had it in stock. Called them first to make sure and wanted to place them on hold but the guy I spoke to said my tire size was uncommon so it was unlikely that somebody would come in and buy them. So I went but when I got there they said they were not available! THAT WAS WHY I CALLED FIRST TO MAKE SURE I WAS NOT GOING TO WASTE MY TIME GOING TO YOUR STORE!!! STUPID AND LAZY AUTO SERVICE STAFF!! Fortunately, I found my tires elsewhere

If you need simple general service work, don’t go here.. especially if you don’t want to wait 2 hours for a oil change. If I changed my oil as slow as I possibly could I could still have it out in like 45 minutes. I don’t know where these “mechanics” went to school or learned from but they spilled oil all down the front of the valve cover and down around the exhaust manifold which I found out when I crossed the street to shop and opened hood to check the level and it was smoking like crazy..?

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!had over heating problems, 750$later got my vehicle.drove away...still over heating, after vehicle second time in 260$ later...vehicle still over heating... They then said it would be 3000$ to fix it... VERY bad trouble shooting... If there was negative rating, would Rate it that way

I received a coup...

I received a coupon for a free oil change at this location. I have a mechanic who had recently looked at my car and said it was in good shape, I should have done my oil change through him, but free is free right? Wrong! Due to the bad name Canadian Tire has given itself I decided to use the coupon because free is free and with Christmas around the corner I was pretty sure they couldn't screw up an oil change. Well boy was I wrong, I was told it was going to be a two hour wait, slight inconvenie

Terrible Automotive Service

Never Get Auto Work Done Here Seriously, I went there to get a new battery put in on a slow weekday and they wanted me to wait 5 hrs for a replacement! Of course I was and being polite and got the new battery. The staff were completely INEPT and RUDE, however. 1 year later my batter stopped working and I had to get it replaced. Thankfully I went elsewhere, as I had learned my lesson. Canadian Tire was once again painfully slow and rude with crediting me for my warranty :(
