Great clinic!!! Dr Ahmed is Amazing!!! He is caring and super nice and takes time to listen to his patients.
The ladies in the office are super nice. I would recommend this clinic.
Dr. Ahmed is the BEST doctor around. I don't even want to recommend him in case he gets toooo busy! You will be cared for like family by him. The front desk ladies are great as well.
I decided to switch doctors and found Dr. Anwar at a clinic close by to my house. When I visited her the first time, she rushed through my interview as she had "lots of other appointments to attend." She gave me a blood test req and said that she can find everything she needs to know about my health from there. My follow up appointment was cancelled and rebooked for a different day. I waited in the private room for 35 minutes when I decided to walk out. If you want a half health review, go there
A dreadful experience with Dr. Rafiq. Once he showed up late for our appointment, he then proceeded to get me out of his office as quickly as possible. Very little care shown to me the patient, and he comes across VERY arrogant. He also mentioned he preferred to spend more time doing research work...no doubt!
35.00 dollar charge and requires cash or debit ( and cost to me of driving there as they wont take Visa - only debit/ cash) to forward my file to my new doctor is a ridiculous price to charge. If faxing it would not cost that- and mailing would not cost that amount either. This clinic is charging way over what is a reasonable amount to charge. Would not recommend to anyone.
Our doctor is leaving the practice, so we found a new doctor at a different clinic. We had been going to this clinic for 2 years and were fairly happy with our Doctor.

This clinic withheld our personal medical records and will not release them to us unless we pay them $25.00 a piece. I could see them charging if we were constantly asking them to send information but they denied a VERY reasonable one time request!

Don't bother coming to this place. It's a joke, I made an appointment, got in right away to a room the place was swamped before I went in. I was in the room for 2 hours, came out there was 1 person left in the waiting room. Made appointment for nothing. Ridiculous!
Apparently was called for follow up test results, never did get messages. So they sent a letter. I called to try to make a appointment they said that was not allowed. I go there I have to line up for results too. Receptionist was snarky how she doesn't believe I didn't receive a phone call. 1.5 hours later, they tell me everything is fine...
WOW! Thanks I just realized my life has nothing better to do, then to sit here and pick up germs with you guys.
The doctor I had here seemed to not care about my well being. I got a swab test in my throat for strep, and after it was taken I heard the doctor making fun of me and talking about me in the hall. Then he comes in and says it will take 3 DAYS!! It's been 3 days so I called in and the lady was clueless, she put me on hold and then told me she didn't know... So she would call me back. I couldn't answer my phone so I called back 3 TIMES with no answer. I finally got to talk to the nurse and she said the doctor needed to see me. Very unorganized, seems like they need to be trained better.
Horrible attention by the visiting consultant. No manners no care at all. I was there on 19jul14 at 12 pm. I will not recommend Anyone this place. Your health is first than this poor service. There is no one in that office to complain or to communicate the issues. The fact that he is a doctor make him believe that his actions and behaviour are right. He should not be there or have at least a seminar or training of how to deal with people, customers and patiences.
