    Issues that were ...

    Issues that were noted on my initial walk-through were never repaired in the year I lived there. It would take numerous calls to a call centre before hearing from a live rep. Certain reps involved themselves in tenant issues, thus resulting in potentially legal circumstances. I would never recommend anyone to rent property from Redline. The one thing they have going is that most of their staff is nice once you get a hold of them.

    Please do not hir...

    Please do not hire Redline as your property manager. They take no liability or responsibility for anything. They tend to avoid any communication you try to have with them. It is frustrating to get them to answer anything. Nothing but excuses. Because of them, I have several damages that I will have to pay for like rotting wood that should have been fixed during an inspection but wasn't. Do not leave your valuable asset with unprofessional people.

    BEWARE!!

    This company has zero ability to actually provide the services that you're paying them to provide! When we tried to check in about outstanding repairs we were either brushed off or they claimed they'd never received our tenants repair requests. They're woefully under staffed both in the office and on the ground but that means they need to hire more people, not be rude to clients. We told them as much when we fired them!
