Absolutely terrible service. Technician came out 3 times, did not identify himself to property manager, and failed to find the problem until I stood over him and forced him to look.I requested multiple callbacks from management, all of which were ignored.

I just want to give a 5 star rating for Greg, who came and fixed a service request by Stony Plain Road. He is a great trouble shooter, always do his job with excellence. Ive been working for 2 buildings by Stony Plain Rd, ive never seen a maintenance guy (Coinamatic) until Greg came around. He does not know me but i see him often for a service request and he is doing a great job! Way to go Greg, the young guy?
