A wall of windows covers the south side of a Belgravia home, creating not only a beautiful view but the opportunity for passive solar heating to come through the windows, be absorbed by concrete floors and slowly be released throughout the day. Meanwhile, solar panels sit on top of the home, allowing the home to be net-zero – in other words, it produces as much energy as it uses.
