Do not go here!! If this is your first child and you are excited in being apart of the experience with your wife and seeing the ultrasound go elsewhere. They didn't allow me to go in the room???!!!!. They told my wife that she just wanted her to get prepped first then did the whole thing. I wish I could give negative stars like the negative experience we had here. Glad my wife got to experience the ultrasound with a stranger instead of myself :(

Would give 0 stars if allowed. I came to this location for an ultrasound with my wife. The appointment was scheduled by our physician who did not consult us prior for our perfered location. During a conversation with another expectant first time father in the waiting room, I advised him that the Synergy facility down the road offers a much more personal experience, the receptionist began loudly telling me that they don't have to perform my wifes ultrasound and that i should not talk about other imaging clinics. I informed her that I was entitled to my opinion and she continued to tell me that we could leave, even though my wife was already in the middle of the exam. She then stormed off to the back after giving me the impression we were going to be asked to leave mid ultrasound. This was honestly the most unprofessional behavior I have ever seen in a medical related facility. Synergy truely does offer a better experience, but after the outburst from the staff at Insight, Synergy are also a much more professional facility by leaps and bounds.
