Front desk is awesome. Rooms are another story. Hair all over the bathroom (tub, sink, floor. Hair on the pillow case and sheets. Some unknown brown liquid stain on the side of the night stand. (Close to where your face would be. Stains visible on the uncover part of the mattress. Stains on the top covers (as a former house keeper, I know these are rarely changed....) I don't care about the furniture, or quality of the room, that's something the housekeepers can't change. But you must hit these key things. CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN.
