    I have an older car that needs a fair amount of attention so I feel like I am always in the repair shop. I am a single female that really knows very little about cars so I have to trust the shop that I take it to to do right by me. I have never had an issue, everything is explained to me along with the cost of the repair. I do not feel like I am ever overcharged. I would highly recommend.

    I had just bought my car and took the car in for an inspection. Before I bought the the car I check oil, had new oil. I was told it would take one hour for the work. I told them I would pick it up after work. I got a call telling me the car needed $1,500 Worth of work. I told them just get rear break and tune up done. When I get to the shop I had a $800 bill. They had done work I didnt ask for. The owner tells me it was a misunderstanding, but I would need to pay for it anyways. Beware

    I had a vehicle taken in for an inspection before buying it. They passed it however, the ball joints (part of the inspection) were shot. Furthermore, they did not bother to tell me that the clutch needed to be replaced and as a new driver to standard I was unsure what a clutch should feel like. Shops should use their expertise to help you, not to pass something and then offer to charge you money to fix it afterwards.

    They took my car in promptly. I supplied the parts and the work was completely quickly, however, the owner overcharged me by 100%. I know this for a fact being an auto technician in the past. Despite my outrage and protest he refunded only 15% of that overcharge. Gouging customers appears to be an every day event.
