There is only machine to answer my call. They want you to leave a message and someone will call back at the end of the day. Well, I need to get hold of someone during the business hours. I don't think I have dealt with any bank branch which doesn't answer customers' phone call. Very bad experience! Now I have to go the branch which will be after work and might be too late for me.
