Thye royal bank is not an equal oppoortunity bank. it only caters to the techies. Not the disabled. I got a email today, to tell me my address was changed. I did not change any thing. And the number they gave me was just send me to this web sight, and that web sight. all I wanted to do was talk to a real person. not give my identity out to a bunch of machines. Where is your customer service gone. Time to change Banks I think.
