Mike's Reel Repairs

Ordered several parts for Canon down riggers late in the day, received an email and call early next day advising parts were available for pickup. Outstanding turn around time and friendly service. Several years ago had them rebuild a damaged Canon downriver, turn around time was longer but was kept up to date. Delay was not on Mikes end but the availability of parts to effect the repairs, which appears to have occurred with other reviewers.

I send electric reels to Mike late summer last year for some reel need repair and some just for service work so they are ready for this season. took over 6 month the get them back and 1 reel that just to be service power would not shut off so send it back right away and got it back and would not work so send it back again and now they told me it was no good i did not even get a chance to use it was a good reel his respond was i dont know what to say i send 6 reel there and only 2 still working

Ive tried for four days at least 10 times per day to talk to someone about a part They do not answer their phone.

The staff went out of their way to find my part. Very friendly and accommodating.
