A-5 Home Renovation

I have had A-5 Home Renovations (Andreas) do 3 large renovations for me. Andreas’ workmanship has exceeded my expectations in all 3 projects. Here are some of things that he did for me: Demolition, Framing, Electrical, Plumbing, Dry wall installation and Finishing, Kitchen Cabinet Installation, Sound proofing, Flooring Installation, Painting, Trim, Textured ceiling repair). I recently recommended Andreas to a friend for a bathroom renovation, and they were as pleased as I have been.

A great renovated Deck ! Ourselves and neighbours very impressed. It looks like it has always been there. It enhances the house!

We recently hired Andres to finish the third level in our town house. It consisted of a bedroom, bathroom, family room and storage room. We are very pleased with the finished product. We had hired other contractors in the past to have work done on other home, but we must say none could compare with Andres work. He is a contractor that takes pride in his work and the end product shows it. Remember you get what you pay for!

Andreas did an incredible job on our kitchen, living room, and foyer flooring. We also asked him to renovate the bathroom on the main floor during the same time period while getting the flooring redone and he completed the bathroom renovation in the same week! We were totally impressed with his work and the bathroom looks amazing! I recommended to my nana to contact him to complete a renovation project at her place and she was impressed with his quality of work. We will be contacting him again!

I contracted Andreas to enclose an open loft-type room in our townhouse that would be used as a bedroom. Andreas did outstanding work - you would have never known that it was not a part of the original construction! The mudding and taping of the seams was flawless and he was meticulous with every aspect of this project! We appreciated that he was always on time and the cleanup was spotless! He was hardworking and great to deal with! We will be using him for any future renovations!

We recently had Andreas do a kitchen renovation which included taking a wall out, flooring and ceiling work. A kitchen renovation for a family can be a stressful experience. Andreas was careful and his clean as he went approach helped make it so much easier on us. He is polite, courteous and trustworthy. I would highly recommend him if you are planning a reno.

Andreas provides the highest quality of work; clean and timely work. Andreas recently did drywall repair and paint in our home including appliance installation and door installation. We would highly recommend him and will continue to use him in all future renovations. Nothing but positive things to say about his quality of work and his pricing!!

We hired A-5 Home Renovations to do our ensuite new also for new crown moulding throughout the whole house. We are super happy with the service. He is very detailed, works clean (you don't have to worry to clean up after, like other renovation guys we had) and very reasonable price. We will definitely call A-5 Home Renovations again!

Andreas is an honest, and very detailed guy. Renovated my house from doing flooring to installing the kitchen. (pretty much everything) good price and quick. If you want a good job done....he is the best guy to hire. ?
