I was looking for a new dentist and thought I would call Stella per their website. Not met with much enthusiasm or information. I was asking questions that were only met with distracted yes or no answers. Then I was asked to hold after 2 mins into my phone call. I hung up after 2 mins of being on hold. First impression is the most important step to gaining trust and business. If that’s what I would experience on the front end of the office, I don’t expect the back end to be any better.
