This guy makes the best paws in town. If you want to travel to beautiful destinations, and make thousands of dollars, go see him. Thanks for my caulks :-)

Usually I do not write reviews. Had second thoughts of going there with previous reviews and can say they are false maybe just cranky people. Very friendly helped me out greatly and appreciate their service would definitely go back.

Not good customers service at all. After a month I picked up my shoes, he did not even start work on them. Although on our second call he said they are already on the second stage, working on them. ?? Would not recommend this repair shop. I am sure there are better services out there in this city

Worst in nanaimo

Horrible customer service. After pre-paying over a month previous, the owner had not called when they were completed. Simply required a sole replacement, did not expect them to be perfect. When we asked why he didnt phone us like he said, he snapped on us screaming and swearing and calling us names, saying to never return. Spend your money at a different shop where they respect you as a customer and do a more efficient job. Customer service is everything and he clearly had no regards for it.
