I will never go back there again after the hassle I just went through. They lost the jacket to my husband's $800 Vera Wang tuxedo (which has only been worn twice). Although in the end they finally replaced it - it was only after I threatened to take them to small claims court. Poor customer service when something goes wrong truly shows the character of a company, and having to negotiate and bargain for a fair deal when it was the company's mistake left me with a bad taste in my mouth.
