    Shocking Lack of Service

    The only hot tub store in Squamish and they really need competition. Employees are lackadaisical and passive. Twice, we ordered chemicals and went to pick them up only to discover they were never ordered. We requested service and had someone show up for 5 minutes, tell us it's an easy fix and they would be back the next day, then not show up again. When we called to follow up they wouldn't commit to showing up at any specific time or day. When pressed, they hung up the phone. Wow.
