He has good ideas to have the basement done but does not come through with it. Demolition process is the only thing that was done on time. When it came down to the Drywall and plumbing he would never come by. He says many things ill do this replace this replace that but at the end of it he says it wasnt said. Make sure you make a contract with this guy. We are stuck with him now because he takes money before he starts the next step now that we have paid him majority of the money he doesnt showup

Intially gave great advise and showed enthusiasm however once started job he was cutting corners not leveling or putting in new drywall. His painter was awful and there was no professionalism. Do not recommend this company you are better to go somewhere else you are paying for what you get here cheap work not happy.

The initial engagement was good. As the job started, there is no professionalism in the work done. Demolition was done quick but a mess was made. The garbage was not collected till much later in the project, During construction, lack of accuracy. Walls where not leveled, floors where not leveled. When questioned, a rude response was provided. As the work near its end, the inaccuracies showed. No follow through on the agreed payment plans. Demands for more money or no work. No Show at the final.
