Very poor
I had ordered a custom countertop which ended up being on back order and took 2 months to arrive. When the countertop arrived the installer was unreasonable and uncompromising when we tried to set up a date for installation. When the installer finally did come to my house, he brought a countertop that was smaller than what I originally ordered. When I stated I was not getting the full size countertop I originally ordered and should pay less the installer became condescending, and insulting. The installer made me feel bullied and very uncomfortable in my own home, would not negotiate a better price for the smaller countertop and left abruptly without any attempts to address customer care. I can not recommend this countertop installer due to the bad treatment and exceptionally poor service.
