DO NOT GO HERE! Awful sales rep and service centre. My vehicle is under warranty and they will NOT fix it. The receptionist in the service centre put the phone down mid conversation and started ordering lunch off a coworker. The head manager told me “all those companies that say the customer is always right are out of business”! Be aware they are just after your money and are NOT out to help the customer. Worst service ever !!!!!!!!! Was charged for a recall!!!!!! They forgot to reset my oil change gauge on my previous visit which caused my exhaust filter to fill up without being able to regenerate on my ram 1500 diesel. Brought this to their attention and they said there was no proof even though for a diesel every 10,000km you are recommended to get an oil change and I had one 6000km ago what a joke!!!!! Never returning!!!!!! $700 later

Unrespectful

One star is the minimum, if you appreciate your time do not take your car for service here. Very rude and not polite, I made an appointment two weeks before taking the car in for a recall and oil change service, told it was going to be 2 hours work, at the 3 hour mark I called them for an update I was told they were not going to do the recall as they have no people to do it. Walked back and notice my car just getting in for the oil change after 3.5hrs sitting outside. rushed the oil service.

Dealer does not honour list removal requests

Dealer does not honour list removal requests. I've now asked to be taken off their contact list twice, including once (the first time) in person, and I continue to receive calls and junk mail from them. I brought in my car about a year ago for an oil change and a checkup. The car never drove again; they took the oil out, and then wanted to charge me $600 for a new oil pan because the oil plug was stripped. They blamed the previous technician for stripping it. Don't waste the manager's time!

I went in yesterday to see an used car, they didn't even bother in cleaning the car, and the car was leaking water from the roof, overpriced for the condition of the car, so we did not agree on a sale price. Today the Manager called me and ask me at what time I was going to be back, I told him that I already bought a car, the manager thank me for wasting his time and then hang up, really? How unprofessional and rude person! Shame on you guys! I don't recommend this place to anyone!
