We dealt with dream easy kitchens around 2010 when we had the kitchen cabinet doors replaced. they have held up thru our family and 3 sets of renters. In 2023 we added a pantry and new quartz countertops. there was a few hiccups along the way but dreameasy continued to work with us until we were satisfied.

shoddy work,measured wrong,took forever to finish.very dissappointing

The 50% deposit, 45% on delivery and the final 5% on completion should have been a red flag. but we went with them anyway, our mistake! The install was botched from the start and took 2 months to complete because installer wrecked the countertop. aFter that we have had ongoing problems with swelling on the edges of the doors that looks awful. The shop manager we spoke to on the phone came off as arrogant. after finally having well over a dozen doors replaced we now have swelling happening again.

Do not use this company ,it has taken over 4 days (and still not complete ) to install 7 cabinets ,the amount of screw ups ,wrong cuts ,wrong banding ,wrong shelving is ridiculous,as I've been told by 1 of the employees there are no properly trained people in the shop . Yes they are trying to work it out but come on these crazy prices of cabinets could be a lot cheaper if you put people through apprenticeships and it wouldn't be so embarrassing for the installer having to apologize over and over

DO NOT use Dream Easy! All we wanted was a simple vanity, sink offset to the left, 3 drawers to the right. When it was installed it had: Centre cut sink 2 crooked drawers Chipped kicker Knobs for the doors drilled incorrectly Glue all over one side Front crooked Whole thing was un-level The owner Neil was VERY disrespectful, never took the time to actually listen to what we wanted. Tried to convince us everything was our fault. Work started in Sept, its Dec and its still not done

I had my kitchen ...

I had my kitchen renovated by Dream Easy. Shortly after, the laminate fronts started to 'delaminate'. Dream Easy said it was due to a door being opened during the laminating process. They have replaced some (nearly 1/2 ) of the doors but refuse to do any more. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau and they said they would replace ALL the cupboard fronts for a reduced rate....over $2,000.00. I am living with the 'delaminating' but warning everyone to avoid Dream Easy!!!
