Charlie's Tire

The guys in the shop are nice but obviously have no training whatsoever. Since bringing my truck to Charlie tire ive had to buy a new rim and all new sensors that they decided to destroy... Very bad customer service ive had to give them my number and name 6 different times in 3 days because they kept losing. I had to beg them to give me money for my brand new rim that they ruined. Ive been trying to get ahold of them again about my sensors but they must have lost my number again LOL DO NOT USE!

Lol @ the person who has 3 cars but didn't think Charlie's TIRE would have tires. Sounds like they were unnecessarily rude though. So far so good for me.

They did a great job on my tires but it was overall an uncomfortable experience. He took my invoice off my tires and proceeded to berate me for not purchasing from him. He does not advertise nor did I have any idea he existed until my friend suggested him. I did not appreciate having my intelligence insulted, having this man I do not know get in my face, nor do I appreciate his staff’s muttering behind my back. I will be taking my 2 other cars elsewhere.
