Dr Iva Smrz

I have been a patient of Dr Smrz for quite some time . Over the years I have only once called and requested an appt that wasn’t a regular one . I didn’t get to see Dr Smrz at that time and was told all I needed to do was use Refresh ( or something similar) . Finally when I could see nothing out of one eye and pretty much demanded a appt it ends up that I am blind in one eye. After several years I have another problem and her staff won’t give me an appt with her . Dr Smrz is wonderful.
