The News Advertiser

Not very happy with my news advertiser carrier..he constantly knocks loudly on my door for his payment (which i have been very generous in the past), he insists if i have missed a pay week that i owe him $18.00 ..thought this was a voluntary payment and also will not provide me with the coupon sheet as i was a week late paying him..well sorry i was at work when he banged down my door waking my son in the process as works night shift! And disturbing my family on a Sunday cos he id not get paid is

I called to find out why the paper was not delivered on Wed., June 27th. On hold 15 minutes and then told to leave a message and someone would call me back within 24 hours! I have to wait 24 hours to find out where the paper is or if it is going to be delivered on Thurs. or not! That is ridiculous!
