I made on online request for a flower arrangement to be delivered on a certain date. They sent the flowers the day that I placed the order (a week early). I called them and they apologized and said they would deliver another bouquet on the requested date. We were charged twice for this. They refuse to reimburse or take the blame. The lady kept saying it wasn't her fault, although she had to enter the credit card info twice because "the machine gocked up".

I explained to the young lady that there was a glitch in the system that it would correct it self.

Just spoke to the young lady and her visa was not charge twice that is did correct it self now I am flagged rated at a 1 because people do not listen to what you are saying.
