Great service, went above and beyond

Took mower in for service, said would be a week. Ended up over a month. Charged me for a new part even though there was nothing wrong with the old part.I called them out on it and pretty much said yes it didn't need to be replaced.They said the problem was fixed so I took it home & the mower wouldn't run for more than 2 mins.Brought it back & waited 2 more weeks, he then said there is nothing wrong and it works fine.Took it home and same thing, ran for 2 mins then stopped.PLS DO NOT TRUST!!

Love these guys. The whole family is there to help and they know their stuff. I only needed a small part and they were able to fix in no time at a reasonable price. I would recommend.

Went in today and...

Went in today and I must say that I have been a loyal customer for the last 20 years or more. I have always paid more but felt that I could service my garden equipment there today I asked for a simple demonstration which totally overwhelmed the young man. He had no time. Well to tell you the truth I have no time for Bert's. Went 5 miles to Windmill and they treated me like gold. Bought a new lawn mower today. I will go anywhere that will give me good service.
