Very unproffesional service. Are willing to brag up their reputation until it comes time to honour a quote or even get back to a customer in a resonable amount of time. We are happily getting our blinds from the competition.

It is often considered that consistent fairness, honesty and integrity will serve to testify on one's behalf should such ever be required. What is not stated is that hiring temporary replacements during times of prolonged illness will be automatically forgivable by those who do not know you well...please contact our office if you have any difficulties even remotely similar to that of dear Cole234...because at the heart of our company is a team of dedicated and caring individuals...individuals who apparently sometimes make mistakes by hiring lazy salesmen...? (Though I am still trying to figure out how even a lazy salesman would lack sufficient motivation to process a quote...? I suppose some mysteries must remain unsolved...) All I can do is ask your forgiveness!
