I had a window fail it was over 5 years but they still changed it for me. The glass which was past warranty they still gave it to us for free. I would highly recommend them the install was professionally done and right on the time line they gave us

Bolton Glassworks does not stand behind the product they install. The seal broke on my large window pane within 2 years of my purchase. Although, the Company "Airtight Seal" who manufactures the window gives Bolton Glassworks a 5 year warranty, Bolton Glassworks wants to charge me $250.00 for installation of a new window that cost me $367.00 just two years ago. Bolton Glassworks offered $31.00 less if I pay cash. This is wrong! They won't budge to make me a happy customer. Don't use them.
