I went there they did my moms hair they did a horrible job also the did her eyebrows and cut her they have people that don't know what they are doing and when you confront them they get rude .
I've been going to Koni's for more than 4 years now, even thought I moved to an entirely different city I still choose to drive to Brampton and get my eyebrows, waxing and other treatments done. Koni is a great listener and very in tune with her customers and that's really important especially when your particular about what you're looking to get done. She takes her time and doesn't rush - Customer Care is on point!
"Simply the Best" Koni's Beauty Salon and Spa gives an exceptional service to customers like myself. The place is clean and beautiful, the staff is very friendly and polite. The prices are amazing compare to other Beauty Salon & Spa and the wait time in line is beyond my expectations because whenever i have went there I never had to wait. Koni's beauty salon offers the highest quality of stylists, products, and atmosphere. As soon as you walk in you know your experience will be a good one. Friendly, warm, outgoing, and talented stylists all around. Great place, Great staff, Great service!!! They are always friendly, offer personal service, and are accommodating . I recently visited the salon, and my experience completely exceeded my expectations. The salon is beautiful, and the staff are extremely professional.

The service at this place is beyond terrible, the staff doesn't know what they are doing. The lady their did my mom's hair, she completely ruined her with bleach and then decided to charge us for it. They charged us $140 dollars at the end of it. The owner is rude, arrogant and told me she will call the police if i write a bad review. Seriously DO NOT go to this place. Really the worst experience of my life
