Excellent Service

I am a client of Pardon and Waiver Experts for a Pardon and a Waiver. I shopped around and found them to be well priced, friendly and above all honest with their information. I am very happy with their prompt attention to my applications and the professional service that I have received everytime I have spoken with them. There are a lot of companies out there doing the same thing, beware not all of them do a good job! I would recommend Pardon and Waiver Experts to anyone needing their services.

Don't be in any hurry

I wish I had read reviews on this company before they got my money. I sent them the deposit 9 months ago for a simple waiver application and I still have nothing.(as of this writing) I stupidly also sent the remainder. I call them every few weeks or so and hear another excuse. Sometimes I get " Yes, I just got it today, I'm reading it right now" (yeah right) sometimes, " I sent that to you weeks ago, it must have gotten lost" Other times they try to blame me. I can't even say if they do a decent job of it because they haven't done anything. I could understand delays from the U.S. authorities BUT, This is ALL THEM. It's been 9 months and they have not even filed yet. NOT EVEN FILED after 9 months. I'll try to do an update in the future if this site will allow it
