Generator install caused damage to fibre optic line- we were without wifi for 40 days. Kristina (main point of contact at the time) asked us to keep them apprised of costs associated with damage. Overall 6:1 (my 6 attempts to his 1 response) with owner Scott, where he asked for wifi company damage outline which was provided, has yielded no further communication or resolution. We are not the first to experience these issues with Scott. Overall, speaks to the integrity and values of the company.
