    Really bad experience

    When making appointment, they wanted to know if my husband the decision maker would also be at the appointment. Also wanted to know if I was getting other quotes. After they confirmed the appointment with me and I took the afternoon off work THEY NEVER SHOWED UP OR CALLED!
