Purchased a microwave , found a large dent in bottom when we took it out of the box .Owner refused to give a refund , even though he could not replace it with same model . Because we did not want to loose the money we took a lower quality model which was also defective . Samsung will not honour warranty ,because hi tech is not an authorized dealer .The worst experience ever .

The owner lied to us about the quality of the appliances and once we realized it was defective was not given a replacement as promised nor a refund! We are out so much money because of this underhanded business!

Terrible customer service and a con artist

My mother bought a Samsung stove from the owner and he guaranteed it worked and gave a 90 day warranty. The induction stove by Samsung requires induction pots in order for the burners to activate so we bought a new pot set. Two burners did not work and the owner would not give a refund or a new stove to replace the one we had and kept saying he has none in stock. He has been dodging my mom and when I finally went to his store to confront he yelled at my 70 year old Mom and told us to get out.

This is the worst place to buy anything from. Damaged products, sold with a bunch of lies. Very unprofessional manager or whatever he is. Won't care to talk to you once you have made the payment. Buyers... BEWARE !!!!!

Buyers be aware. They advertise for scratch/dent floor model appliances but sell refurbished ones as unused. I had extremely bad experience. They don't refund & very unprofessional Manager & Sales people.
