Really cranky service manager for two separate issues 6mths apart. Very long delays between call and appt times, and even if you arrive and there are zero cars being serviced and literally 4 service guys drinking their coffee, your car doesn't get looked at until late afternoon (appt just for a code reading), and don't dare call to ask, you will get a very grouchy response. Also loudly stated they wouldn't be providing drop off service to work only a couple kms away, with no warning!

This is our second car that we purchased from Cornwall VW and must say the service was great. Mike and Glenn were very cordial as they explained the different models and features. NO PRESSURE whatsoever. Thanks guys and keep up the good work. Roger!
