I can't say enough good things about Nick at the Grimsby store. He has always been so knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating, and now he is the manager.Yay! Also Jeff is terrific and so helpful. I came in with a gently used phone that wouldn't charge, and Nick was so helpful - he cleaned it out and worked with it - got it working - and even put a new simcard in it... Very thankful!
