NOT RECOMMENDED. Positives - We got our mortgage completed. Negatives - Everything else. - We decided to go with a broker to apply to multiple lenders. Fran applied to 2, one of which the application was never completed. - Multiple mistakes were made and had to be rectified, including downpayment amount and names on the mortgage (we had wanted joint tenancy on the mortgage). - She does not answer phone calls or emails.
