CO-OT Taxi

I've been using Co-Ot Taxi for over 36 years now. I used for several years as a single mom with no drivers license and now as a widowed senior with no drivers license. I've got no complaints. Always friendly helpful drivers and I appreciate their great service.

Great experience. Took our group of 8 from airport to Musky point Marina for fishing trip to Crow Rock. Then return to airport to return home. Taxi drivers prompt. Friendly. Dispatcher very helpful. Friendly

Taxi reached on time and I ask if taxi could wait and they said after 5 minutes they would start metre unfortunately they started the meter before 5 minutes and I had to pay $14 extra. CO-OT taxi is already expensive and no other taxi option, but this does not mean you will rule on someone condition. Very upset with the service. When I called Taxi service for the incident. When lady dropped she shouted and said she will not provide taxi service at this address again.

This would be 0 stars if I could leave 0. Take any other method of getting to your destination before calling this company!! The person answering their phones is beyond rude!! She is abrupt, swears, hangs up before getting the information and if you complain, she wont send cabs to your location anymore. Owner doesnt care and makes excuses for her when you put in a complaint. AVOID!!!

Horrible service! My boyfriend had called from my phone and the lady was rude so I called back to confirm if they were coming to the address and she said “why dont you order a different one” then HUNG UP ON ME! Taxi NEVER showed up. Will never even attempt to use this company again. So much for a “safe” ride home. Terrible business. 0 stars if I could lol.

Absolutely disgraceful. Called a cab to BMO and was told it would be 15-20. 43 minutes later I called to follow up. They stated they called me and that my phone went straight to voicemail. Meanwhile, my phone was on the entire time. I even called myself from the office phone to confirmed that it rang properly. Liars and very rude customer service. Only reason a company like this can function is due to their monopoly over the market.

terrible is actually all I can say about how I was treated. 0 stars is what I would like to give. Will never recommend or use again. So angry with the service I received.
