Absolutely horrible service. Brought my truck in to have new tires put on. when the tires were put on they were not balanced not even 1weight was put on. yet I was charged for it. my truck shakes so we took it back and their answer to us was “I wasn’t even going to do it and if you take it somewhere else I’ll refund you $40 to have them balanced elsewhere”. What kind of company would just do work if they’re not able to do it properly or at least tell us they can’t balance them.

I had an appointment that was a week away for an oil change and to have my tires switched to snows. My tire had a flat this morning so I called Johns quality and they had no problem fitting me in to do the above with very short notice when they were very busy and fully booked. I highly highly recommend. We have gone to Johns for a few years now and would never look back. My husband and I are more than pleased. We are never overcharged and always get incredible service. Thanks!

if you are looking for a good place to get your vehicle serviced by knowledgable mechanics. This is the place to go. Been a customer for many years and find them to be the best. They go out of their way to be sure the customer knows exactly what is wrong with their vehicle & cost plus what extra time may be neccessary to fix the problem. They are quick to respond to any sudden mechanical emergengies too. They now have a separate area just Oil and Lube Services. Check them out & drive away Happy.

brought my vehicle in for the first time. After leaving my vehicle, dropped me off. Got my alignment done and fixed the squealing due to wear on a couple of belts that I mentioned to them. Picked me up and, I noticed the annoying sound coming into the interior of my car that 2 other places couldn't fix is now gone and I hadn't mentioned this to these guys. Very happy customer. Will use these guys for everything now.

Brought car in as I couldn't get it started. Was told Later that day it was judt flooded, relieved I went to pick up my vehicle and was presented with a $200 bill?? Without asking changed the oil, and put new spark plugs in it...for $200!!. When I called to say I had no ride to come in and pick my car up they sent a car right out to get me......NOT. I was told to find one by five or they would be closed. We will NEVER bring our car back there and niether should you if your reading this.
