The building at 403 Stirling in Kitchener is infested with cockroaches, maintenance requests are ignored, and the elevator is unsafe. The rent continually increases, but the money is spent on "renovations" that don't improve tenants' quality of life. So while you watch cockroaches crawl across the floor, your food go bad in a broken fridge, and the elevator crush your loved ones, you are treated to new hallway carpets, paintings in the lobby, and freshly paved asphalt you can't actually park on.
