I read with interest the review from the customer who said they had been going for some time, then found damaged items which they refused to acknowledge. We have been going for 7-8 years roughly 1-2 times per month, add up that cost, but recently service has deteriorated with lost shirts, a lost belt for my wife, and last week, a brand new blouse that came back ripped that they tried to blame her for. The worst thing was they didn't care that we told them we would never come back...
