Melonhead Children's Hair Care Markville Shopping Centre

This was the worst haircut melonhead location I’ve ever been to. They were rude from the phone call to walking in and they completely ruined my sons hair right before a major event. I sent a customer service email which I doubt they will respond to.

Have been cutting my kids hair (2 of them, boy and girl) since they were babies , and today they are 9 and 11 and we still go there. Great staff, kids love to go there. The only annoyance are some horrible parents who can't control their wailing kids, so it's better to go during the week when they are less busy or at the start of the day in the weekend. Advice: call ahead to book the appointment.

I dont know about other locations but this location is absolutely horrible; staff at front desk was rude, hair stylish had no patience for my one year old, asked how would i like to have my son's hair done but absolutely had no intention to follow, i had to keep telling her not to go too short, and it still went too short; my son ended up having a horrible hairstyle for his first birthday party. NEVER going back and DO NOT recommend this location to ANYONE!
