We were completely satisfied with all aspects of our installation, from the office staff to Paul and Wyatt, the 2 men who came out to install 3 new toilets. They worked quickly and did an excellent job. We would highly recommend them and use them again for any plumbing jobs.

Outstanding teamwork and all 3 of them were knowledgeable, communicative and professional. We were impressed with their exceptional diagnostic skills and they were quickly able to determine the location of the frozen pipe(s). I called the person who recommended this company to thank him again.

Snow or Weekends even Easter or other holydays VA Reid comes to the rescue even if it is all the way in Mississauga. Great Company.

Had a slow kitchen drain. Two plumbers came over and couldn't fix it. VA Reid came over and nailed it; price was reasonable and their representatives were excellent.

Good plumbing - poor customer service

Plumbing work was well done but office staff and business side needs serious improvement. Huge surprise bill - nobody returned our calls. Wouldn't recommend using this service.
