Terribly unhonest. Be cautious dealing with him. He sold me a house knowing it has a water leakage issue. Also, cracks appeared under the kitchen sink after the purchase by few weeks, who knows what is the reason. Besides all of that, he brought used washer and dryer in the laundry room, the washer after 4 usages, it acts out and makes a scary noise. The house was left in a total mess, I had to clean it up. He took advantage of the firm offer. Sajeev would use inappropriate language.
