Costco Wholesale General Store

If I could give zero stars then I would. Costco tire centres are THE WORST! Barely train the staff first of all. Second of all they do not do tire installation safe at all. I’m current stuck on a highway side road right now because my tire flew off because they did not install it correctly. Could have hurt someone seriously. This is not the first time I’ve heard of people loosing their tires because of Costco.

One of the worst stores ever encounter! Bad customer service, very rude attitude. A place do not go!

The service is really bad.

The service is very bad, when you want to return the product, the line is so long, almost outside the store, you have to wait in the line about one hour in order to return one item. Management have to act properly, when they see the situation like this

Customer service Luisa is very rude and talk very loud when she gets upset, she doesnt understand that we the paying customers are the reason why she has a salary.

I bought a set pirelli tires last November 2014, I just came back April 28, 2015 10:35AM just to have the tire pressures checked. I approached this supervisor (Filipino looking)and asked told him of my purpose. He started yelling at me saying "Next time you park your car here!!!".As he walked away I replied to him " Sir, didn't know about that". IS THIS THE WAY YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS? AT THE COUNTER IN THE STORE,HE WAS YELLING AT EVERYONE ELSE,CUSTOMERS & EMPLOYEES ALIKE.CHECK ON HIM COSTCO
