as a long time customer and shop owner I ordered two parts for a customers truck and was promised 9am next day delivery,so my part shows up four days later and we install it and do the customers invoice,only to find out they have charged us for the 9am delivery and shipping on the already VERY OVERPRICED parts.Had they explained or even mentioned the shipping cost I could had had it picked up and saved my customer and myself time and money! absurd way to run a business!

Terrible customer service. My part was supposed to have a one year warranty, but after 2 months of the part malfunctioning on me, they back-peddled their warranty promise, and I was out $140.00. Glad it wasnt more than this, but its my last time dealing with Inter continental Gear & Brake.
