I was at the Seafood City Mississauga to inquire about our PNB account related matter and I was attended by an old lady employee there. During my conversation with her, i felt that I was dealing with a typical government agency employee back home . She was kinda rude and to sum it up with a poor customer service. I wish that PNB will train their employees on how to practice Canadian way of customer service and set aside the crappy attitude developed while working in the Philippines.
