Very professional and friendly. Delivery people were also very professional and setup furniture quickly and made sure everything worked properly before leaving. Would recommend La-Z-Boy to others.

Terrible customer service. Waited 15 weeks for a recliner. It came without the swivel / rocking feature I paid 200 plus dollars for. I have called several times and each time I have been promised it will be fixed right away. Nothing has been done. Terrible experience. Lots of complaints about LA z boy on line. All very similar issues.

Have not had a good experience with this location or Lazy Boy in general. Sectional is now in this type of condition after only 4 years of regular use (non-pet home). Extended warranty claim was rejected, cited as wear and tear. Compensation offer was not what was discussed. Most recent visit to the store to fix this problem was not a good experience. Discussed purchasing a lesser quality sectional. Sales rep quoted us $2800. Then when the final bill was written up price suddenly became $3680.
Very very helpful staff. No pressure to buy. Answered all questions and took time to understand what we were looking for. Gave us time to think! Very nice store with lots of selection. Very clean and welcoming.
Thank you to Customer Service rep Alan for being so patient with us in showing us different living room couch and chair options. Alan provided superior customer service by taking the same style of La-Z-Boy chair that we already have in our home and placing it near the couches we liked at the Newmarket store. We are very pleased with the order we placed today and thank Alan for his patience and attention!
