Since the acquisition from BELL it is impossible to get a hold of anyone. You are on hold for more than 30min when either the call is disconnected or you get sent to voicemail. No one calls back. Worse than calling the government. Its been more than 2 weeks trying to get a hold of someone to move the service from my current home to my new home. This type of service is driving me to consideration cancellation but I know they will hold me hostage because if the contract BELL put us in. NOT HAPPY
